Hadwins HVAC
Heating, cooling and ventilation. Kamloops, BC.
The business
Hadwins HVAC keeps homes and buildings in Kamloops comfortable all year.
We work on the systems that heat, cool and ventilate the places people live and work. Kamloops asks a lot of those systems: summers are hot and dry, winters are cold, and the air in between can be smoky or dusty. A system that suits this climate is a system that is sized, installed and looked after with the local weather in mind.
Core principles
- Comfort first. The goal is a space that feels right, not a bigger machine than you need.
- Right-sized, done properly. Equipment matched to the building, installed carefully and checked before we leave.
- Plain talk. Clear options and honest advice, including when a repair is better than a replacement.
- Safety and code. Heating and gas work follows the rules because it has to.
- Local and accountable. We live in the community we serve and stand behind our work.
Services

Not sure what you need? Describe the problem and we will help work out the right fix.
How we operate
- Listen. We start with what is wrong, or what you want to change.
- Assess. We look at the building, the existing system and how it is used.
- Recommend. You get clear options and costs before any work starts.
- Do the work. Careful installation or repair, with the site left tidy.
- Follow through. We test the result and are there if something is not right.
Kamloops history
A city built where two rivers meet.
Kamloops sits in British Columbia's Southern Interior, where the North Thompson and South Thompson rivers join. The name comes from the Secwépemc word Tk'emlúps, often translated as "where the rivers meet". The area is the traditional territory of the Secwépemc people.
Fur traders established posts here in the early 1800s, and the town grew through the gold rush, ranching and the railway. Today Kamloops is a regional hub for the interior, with a dry, sunny climate that calls for dependable heating in winter and cooling in summer. That is the community Hadwins HVAC serves.
